Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Tomato Slices
  • Vegetable or olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp Texas Rodeo Dust
  • 1–2 spoonfuls of Sambal Matah

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed chicken breast generously with Honshitsu Texas Rodeo Dust.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Beat the eggs and pour the mixture into the pan over the chicken.
  5. Cook until the eggs are almost set.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the eggs.
  7. Place the tortilla wrap on top.
  8. Carefully flip everything so the tortilla is now at the bottom.
  9. Add tomato slices and cheddar cheese on one half.
  10. Spoon Sambal Matah over the filling.
  11. Fold the tortilla in half.
  12. Cook for another minute until crispy and the cheese has melted.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy.
