At Honshitsu Kitchen, we take great care to ensure that all orders are packed correctly and delivered in good condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Product Information
Product images on our website are provided for illustration purposes to help identify products. Due to occasional packaging updates or improvements, the packaging you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.
While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, details, and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Honshitsu reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
Change of Mind
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products due to a change of mind once an order has been placed and processed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ask@honshitsu.com.sg. Changes may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Return Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be arranged under the following circumstances:

Refunds & Replacements
Once the issue has been verified, Honshitsu will either:

Replace the product, or

Refund the value of the affected item
Refunds or replacements are typically processed within 7 working days after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement depending on your payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or consumed, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a product that was not part of your order, please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be collected if necessary.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery within Singapore only. International shipping is not available.
