Honshitsu Kitchen is a Singapore-based online marketplace curating condiments, seasonings, processed foods, coffee, tea, and honey. Our products are produced by our partner kitchen, Nusantara Kitchen, in Batam, as well as sourced from selected regional producers for the Singapore market.

Our Founder

Andre Darmono, the founder of Walker Group is a trained chef, trained baker, trained barisa, trained mixologist, trained coffee roaster, and veteran F&B entrepreneur. His vision is always wanting to establish a thriving ecosystem for F&B businesses especially to support the micro SMEs in F&B industry connecting Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Honshitsu Kitchen is a part of Walker Group, Singapore's first F&B incubator.

Walker Enterprise is an F&B academy and consultancy, focused on helping aspiring F&B owners to start their own business in Singapore. We have over 200 affordable courses for cooking, baking, coffee, mixology and F&B marketing.
