Ingredients
- 18–20g Walker Coffee Archipelago Blend
- 1–2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 180ml cold milk
- Ice cubes

Instructions
1. Brew the Espresso
Pull a double shot of espresso using 18–20g of Archipelago Blend. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Prepare the Glass
Add 1–2 tablespoons of strawberry jam to the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Add Milk
Pour 180ml of cold milk over the ice and gently stir to distribute some of the strawberry jam while leaving ribbons of fruit throughout the drink.
4. Finish with Espresso ✨
Slowly pour the espresso over the milk to create beautiful layers.
5. Serve and Enjoy
